Execution of IT projects
We have A LOT of experience with IT projects. Tasks include defining and scoping the project, securing ownership, determining vendors if they are needed, and of course managing all work to meet schedule, budget, and functionality specifications.
Our organized approach to project management is based on many years of project work at large organizations including Boeing and Xerox down to small projects at small organizations that may have a scope of days and a cost under $1,000. We have been asked to present some of our project management experiences to many groups over the years, including the Project Management Institute (PMI), and others. Mr. Heatley served as an ad hoc instructor at Element K for Microsoft Project software and he also served as the Subject Matter Expert for Element K’s Project 2003 course development.
